The Future of Motorsport
20th November 2007 (Source: EEMS )
Three initiatives of Motorsport Development UK - EEMS, the Motorsport Academy and the Learning Grid - are working with F1 in Schools, Formula Student, Formula Schools, UK Youth, Greenpower and the Silverstone Innovation Centre Design Challenge to create an exciting programme at the London Motorsport Show. The 'Future of Motorsport Zone' will attract businesses, learners, and educators to see the potential of the future of Motorsport from schools right through to the latest industry developments in a new and innovative way.
The Future of Motorsport zone at the London Motorsport Show will be a fantastic portal to inform people of the future of the industry. Using the underlying theme of a greener future each group will present together a series of demonstrations, displays, and talks to highlight the opportunities they are making available within the world of Motorsport today – to show that motorsport is the heart of the solution not part of the problem.
For the youngsters the zone shows the relevance and value of what they are learning within the core curriculum subjects; and offers to schools the opportunity to be a part of what motorsport has to offer. For tutors and those looking to further education or a career in the industry this zone will provide an inspirational gateway to what is available to them – and for businesses, this zone will show the potential of what they could achieve by using the green technologies and young engineers of tomorrow to secure the future growth of their business.
Come and join us at The Future of Motorsport zone and be inspired.
For all people in the trade register at www.londonmotorsport.co.uk and obtain complimentary tickets to the show.
