This is the third report of the Cleaner Vehicles Task Force (CVTF). The report details the results and recommendations of a study to find the most effective solutions for reducing emissions from in-use vehicles. The report also provides a detailed analysis of how the Technology and Testing Working Group approached its objectives which included considering tighter proposals on MOT tests and the performance of catalytic converters under different conditions.
